not a weekend project

the last time i was in Cold Storage, i bought this genius little invention. this is a perfect invention as baking a real no-bake cheesecake would be such a hassle and requires a lot of time. read here under the post "my first". if you're in a hurry or intends to make a little treat for that special someone, this will definitely do the trick. you can always tell them that you baked it from scratch though.

it was not so smooth because the mixture has started to set. perhaps next time i should put the mixture in a piping bag and pipe it out on the little cups.

i presented this box to the Boyfy. i am such a model girlfriend. he better count his blessings. hahaha. as for the writings, go figure.

even though the box says it's a 'real cheesecake', nothing could beat a real real cheesecake. taste-wise, nice and yummy but not so cheesy. however, the Boyfy loved it and my brothers loved it so I'm happy. the whole box could make about 20 pieces i think but i only get to eat two pieces. alternatively you can prepare it in a baking dish.

this weekend's project will probably a hunting session for more genius inventions. =)

i dun like Great Eastern, it's impossible to get out to the main road with the jam!

Btw, I am planning to either bake (oh so ambitious) or buy (which is most likely to happen) cupcakes for Zein's bday this weekend. You reckon baking is better? If I buy, I plan to get the ones from the Curve, saw it on Far's blog and on tv somewhere..

How was the wedding last nite? Elsa said Irma's speech was funny.. Wish I was there!

sis,
no problemo!

farahlily,
really the price is cheaper? should go check it out soon. thanks for the input.

bads,
getting to GEM is a hassle, i must agree. btw i suggest u bake for zein. of course those goodies on sale are gorgeous but nothing beats a freshly baked, self made food (instants included =P). there are plenty of instant stuffs out there so i suggest u try it out. trust me, he'll appreciate it even more esp knowing that u made it urself. do let me know on the outcome, aite? and oh, the wedding was fabulous. and yes, irma's speech was priceless.

hid,
thanks. takedela rajin sangat sebab yang ni guna instant. kalau bake from scratch, barula rajin betul. anyway do post ur baking stories too yeah?
